If your request is pretty standard, I'll email you a confirmation and set up a Paypal payment request if that's your option of choice. Once I have received your payment I will email you the picture(s) or set them up for you to download them. The files will be jpegs at 72dpi for Powerpoint, 300 dpi for prints.

Allow a 5 working days for this process (and up to 16 working days during holiday periods), but if it's urgent, send me an email as well as this form and I'll attend to it right away.

Conditions that will apply upon purchase: Your organisation will have the right to use the pictures only for the use your are purchasing, once I've received your payment. It will not have the right to use the pictures for other applications (e.g. paying for Powerpoint use doesn't allow you to print posters). The rights you'll be purchasing cannot be transferred to any third party. And just to avoid any possible misunderstanding, copyright and originals will not belong to you, and you will not have exclusive rights (i.e. the same images are available for others to purchase). Terms and conditions are governed by the law of Scotland.

If you are purchasing a use that expires after a set time (e.g. one-year Powerpoint use), I will contact you close to that time to see if you wish to renew.
